On-screen Smoking

I have been following this story for some time now, just another gimmick by our policy makers. I do agree that people especially youth are very much influenced by movies but it is one's own decision whether one wants to live a healthy life or succumb to cancers and other wretched ailments. If people are stupid enough to smoke then they ought to bear the consequences. I also agree with the comments made by the film fraternity regarding the effect of the ban on their ability to express the character, because at the end of it all its just a movie.
